Payment can only be made using Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards.
We never keep any payment details on record. All information regarding your online transactions and identity is kept confidential through our payment gateway Stripe.
Our website site uses SSL technology to keep your information safe – look out for the green padlock in the address bar of your browser which indicates to you that you are browsing on a secure connection.
All prices listed on our website are in Euro (EUR).
The total cost of your order is the price of the products at the time the order is placed plus the postage fee based on a flat rate for Ireland, the UK, Europe, USA and Canada (see below).
Orders cannot be cancelled after the payment has been paid.
If you process an order in error, please contact us immediately by emailing val@dalkeyhandmadesoaps.ie quoting your order numbers.
Dalkey Handmade Soaps reserves the right to change the prices of products listed on this website at anytime.
If we are unable to fulfil your order at the time of dispatch, we will contact you immediately to offer a full refund.
Delivery for all online purchases resulting from the Dalkey Handmade Soaps website are handled by An Post, the state-owned provider of postal services in the Republic of Ireland.
Currently, we only deliver items to the Republic of Ireland, UK, Europe, USA and Canada. We plan to expand to other countries in 2017.
Tracking is not available on your deliveries.
There is no exchange or refund available on Sale items.
In the case of a return for a product that is not suitable, the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging which must be intact.
